During financial disasters happen the need for qualified receivers increased.  TeamFlorida Group, LLC and its lead professional, John M. Spire capably assisted in overseeing all of the real estate aspects while cases were being resolved.  Acting as the court appointed Receiver, Mr. Spire provided his services to a wide range of assignments, including retail units, commercial office buildings and residential apartment properties.
